BEITENACTEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHEDISTRICTOFCOLUMBIA,Thatthisactmaybecitedasthe“HarmonyParkDesignationActof2026”.
Sec,2. Pursuantto sections401 and 422 of the Streetand AlleyClosingand Acquisition
ProceduresAct of 1982,effectiveMarch 10, 1983 (D.C. Law 4-201; D.C. OfficialCode §§ 9-
204.01,and9-204,22),theCouncildesignatesthetriangleparkinReservation160,asdepictedintheplatinthecommitteereport,as“HarmonyPark”.
Sec.3.Applicability.(@)Thisactshallapplyuponthedateofinclusionofitsfiscaleffectinanapproved
budgetandfinancialplan,(b)TheChiefFinancialOfficershallcertifythedateoftheinclusionofthefiscaleffectinanapprovedbudgetandfinancialplan,andprovidenoticetotheBudgetDirectoroftheCouncil
ofthecertification,(6)(1)TheBudgetDirectorshallcausethenoticeofthecertificationtobepublishedin
theDistrictofColumbiaRegister.(2)Thedateofpublicationofthenoticeofthecertificationshallnotaffecttheapplicabilityofthisact.

The Counciladoptsthefiscalimpactstatementinthecommitteereportasthefiscal
impactstatementrequiredbysection4aoftheGeneralLegislativeProceduresActof1975,
