BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedasthe“SpecialEducationforYoung AdultsintheCustodyof theDepartment of
CorrectionsSecond Temporary Amendment Act of 2025”.
Sec.2.Section2(b)ofAnActTocreateaDepartmentofCorrectionsintheDistrictof
Columbia,approvedJune27,1946(60Stat.320;D.C.OfficialCode§24-211.02(b)),isamendedasfollows:(a)Paragraph(9)isamendedbystrikingthephrase“;and”andinsertingasemicolonin
