Sec.2.(a)InFiscalYear2026,theChiefFinancialOfficermayforgiveupto$377,000in
realpropertytaxes,interest,penalties,fees,andotherrelatedchargesassessed,asoftheeffectivedateoftheFiscalYear2026BudgetSupportEmergencyActof2025,enactedonSeptember4,2025(D.C.Act26-146;72DCR9623),againsttherealpropertydesignatedfortaxpurposesas,Lot123,Square2836,locatedat342114thStreet,NW (“Property”),whichisownedbyAvantiRealEstateServices,LLC;provided,thatthePropertyisoccupiedbyAvantiRealEstate
Services,LLCandisusedtofurtherthepurposesofprovidingrealestateandbrokerageservices,specializingincreatinggenerationalwealththroughhomeownership,employingDistrictresidents,andprovidingeducationandtrainingforemploymentopportunitiesandcareerswithintherealestateindustry.
(b)TheCouncilfurtherordersthatalltaxsalesofthePropertyconductedunderChapter13AofTitle47oftheDistrictofColumbiaOfficialCodetocollectdelinquenciesforgivenbysubsection(a)ofthissectionshallbecancelledpursuanttoD.C.OfficialCode§47-1366.
