BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedasthe“AvantiReal EstateServices,LLC Real PropertyTax ReliefTemporary
Actof2025”.
Sec.2.(a)InFiscalYear2026,theChiefFinancialOfficermay forgiveupto$377,000in
realpropertytaxes,interest,penalties,fees,andotherrelatedchargesassessed,asoftheeffective
dateoftheFiscalYear2026BudgetSupportEmergencyActof2025,effectiveSeptember3,2025(D.C.Act26-146;72DCR9623),againsttherealpropertydesignatedfortaxpurposesasLot123,Square2836,locatedat342114thStreet,NW,(“Property”),whichisownedbyAvanti
RealEstateServices,LLC;provided,thatthePropertyisoccupiedbyAvantiRealEstateServices,LLCandisusedtofurtherthepurposesofprovidingrealestateandbrokerageservices,specializingincreatinggenerationalwealththroughhomeownership,employingDistrictresidents,andprovidingeducationandtrainingforemploymentopportunitiesandcareerswithin
therealestateindustry.
(b)TheCouncilfurtherordersthatalltaxsalesofthePropertyconductedunderChapter13AofTitle47oftheDistrictofColumbiaOfficialCodetocollectdelinquenciesforgivenbysubsection(a)ofthissectionshallbecancelledpursuanttoD.C.OfficialCode§47-1366.
