BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmaybecitedasthe“ContractNo.CW114997withCarahsoftTechnologyCorporationApprovalandPaymentAuthorizationEmergencyActof2025”.
Sec.2. Pursuanttosection451ofthe Districtof Columbia Home Rule Act,approved
December 24, 1973 (87 Stat.803;D.C. OfficialCode § 1-204,51),and notwithstandingthe
requirementsofsection 202ofthe ProcurementPracticesReform Act of 2010,effectiveApril8,
2011 (D.C. Law 18-371;D.C. OfficialCode § 2-352.02),theCouncilapprovesModification
Nos. M007 and M008 and proposedModificationNo. M009 to ContractNo. CW114997 with
CarahsoftTechnology Corporationand authorizespayment inthenot-to-exceedamount of
$1,909,658.58forthegoods and servicesreceivedand tobe receivedunder thecontract.
