BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmaybecitedasthe“ModificationNos.M0013andM0014toContractNo.CW100309withThe NationalCenter forChildrenand Families,Inc.Approval and Payment Authorization
EmergencyActof2025”.
Sec.2.Pursuanttosection451oftheDistrictofColumbiaHomeRuleAct,approvedDecember 24, 1973 (87 Stat.803; D.C. OfficialCode § 1-204.51),and notwithstandingthe
requirementsofsection202oftheProcurementPracticesReformActof2010,effectiveApril8,2011 (D.C, Law 18-371;D.C. OfficialCode § 2-352.02),theCouncil approves Modification
Nos.M0013andM0014toContractNo.CW100309withTheNationalCenterforChildrenandFamilies,Inc.andauthorizespaymentinthenot-to-exceedamountof$1,035,556.24forthegoodsandservicesreceivedandtobereceivedunderthecontract.
