BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedas the“ModificationNos. M0012 and M0013 toContractNo. CW100360 with
CORE DC, LLC Approval and Payment AuthorizationEmergency Act of 2025”.
Sec.2.Pursuantto section451of the Districtof Columbia Home Rule Act,approved
December 24, 1973 (87 Stat.803;D.C. OfficialCode § 1-204.51),and notwithstandingthe
requirementsof section202of theProcurementPracticesReform Actof 2010, effectiveApril8,
2011 (D.C. Law 18-371;D.C. OfficialCode § 2-352.02),theCouncilapprovesModification
Nos. M0012 and M0013 toContractNo, CW100360 withCORE DC, LLC and authorizes
payment inthenot-to-exceedamountof $1,089,834.52forthegoods and servicesreceivedand
tobe receivedunder thecontract.
Sec.3.Fiscalimpactstatement,
The Counciladoptsthefiscalimpact statementofthe ChiefFinancialOfficerasthefiscal
impactstatementrequiredbysection4aoftheGeneralLegislativeProceduresActof1975,
approvedOctober 16,2006 (120 Stat.2038; D.C. OfficialCode § 1-301.47a).
