requirementsofsections202ofthe ProcurementPracticesReform Actof 2010,effectiveApril8,
2011 (D.C.Law 18-371;D.C.OfficialCode § 2-352.02),theCouncilapprovesModificationNo.
6 and proposedModificationNo. 7 toContractNo. DCAM-22-CS-RFP-0019 withSmoot
ConstructionCompany ofWashington,DC, and authorizespayment inthetotalnot-to-exceed
amountof $61,462,436forthegoods and servicesreceivedand to be receivedunderthecontract.
