Sec.2.Section202(a)oftheEnergyEfficiencyFinancingActof2010,effectiveMay27,2010(D.C.Law18-183;D.C.OfficialCode§8-1778.22(a)),isamendedbystrikingthephrase“ofbondsinanaggregateprincipalamountnottoexceed$250million”andinsertingthephrase“of
bonds”initsplace.
Sec.3.Fiscalimpactstatement.
The Counciladoptsthefiscalimpactstatementof theBudgetDirectorasthefiscalimpact
statementrequiredby section4a of theGeneralLegislativeProceduresAct of 1975,approved

ThisactshalltakeeffectfollowingapprovalbytheMayor(orintheeventofvetobytheMayor,actionbytheCounciltooverridetheveto),andshallremainineffectfornolongerthan
