requirementsofsection202oftheProcurementPracticesReformActof2010,effectiveApril8,2011(D.C.Law18-371;D.C.OfficialCode§2-352.02),theCouncilapprovesModificationNo.M004andproposedModificationNo.M008toContractNo.DCRL-2024-D-0073withAllProAllServicestoprovideschooltransportationservices,andauthorizespaymentinthenot-to-exceed amount of $2,965,620 forthe servicesreceivedunder the contract.
