BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedas the“PretrialDetentionReportingEmergency Amendment Act of 2026”.
Sec,2.Section1505oftheCriminalJusticeCoordinatingCouncilfortheDistrictofColumbiaEstablishmentActof2001,effectiveOctober3,2001(D.C.Law14-28;D.C.OfficialCode§22-4234),isamendedasfollows:(a)Subsection(b-9)isamendedasfollows:
