Sec.2. Section1505 of theCriminal JusticeCoordinatingCouncil forthe Districtof
ColumbiaEstablishmentActof2001,effectiveOctober3,2001(D.C.Law14-28;D.C.OfficialCode § 22-4234),isamended as follows:
