Sec.2.Section3(c)of the Department of TransportationEstablishmentAct of 2022,
effectiveMay 21, 2002 (D.C. Law 14-137;D.C. OfficialCode § 50-921.02(c))isamended by
addinganewparagraph(5)toreadasfollows:(5)Notwithstandingparagraph(1)ofthissubsection,theDirectormayissueagranttotheFriendsofWangariGardensforthepurposeofassessing,designing,andinstallingawater‘meterandpotablewatersourcedirectlyontheWangariGardenspropertywithaspigotforgardeners’freeuse.”
