Sec.2.Section401(a)oftheFraudulentVehicleTagandParkingEnforcementModernizationAmendmentActof2024,effectiveMay2,2025(D.C.Law25-325,72DCR1284),isamendedbystrikingthephrase“Sections113,114(b)and201(¢)(2)shallapply”andinsertingthephrase“Section201(c)(2)shallapply”initsplace.
