BEITENACTEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHEDISTRICTOFCOLUMBIA,Thatthisactmaybecitedasthe“NetZeroModificationandPreservationTemporaryAmendmentActof2026".
Sec.2.TheGreenBuildingActof2006,effectiveMarch8,2007(D.C.Law16-234;D.C.OfficialCode§6-1451.01efseq.),isamendedasfollows:
