BEITENACTEDBYTHECOUNCILOFTHEDISTRICTOFCOLUMBIA,Thatthisactmaybecitedasthe“PretrialDetentionReportingCongressionalReviewEmergencyAmendment Act of 2026”.

Sec.2.Section1505oftheCriminalJusticeCoordinatingCouneilfortheDistrictofColumbia EstablishmentAct of 2001, effectiveOctober 3,2001 (D.C. Law 14-28;D.C. Official
Code§22-4234),isamendedasfollows:
(a)Subsection(b-9)isamendedasfollows:
(1)Thelead-inlanguageisamendedbystrikingthephrase“nolaterthan180daysaftertheapplicabilitydateofsection30(f),(g),and(h)oftheSecureDCOmnibusAmendment Act of 2024, passed on 2nd readingon March 5,2024 (Enrolledversionof Bill 24-
345)(“SecureDCOmnibus)”andinsertingthephrase“nolaterthanSeptember30,2026”inits,place.
