BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
actmay be citedas the “PersonalDeliveryDevice Weight LimitTemporary Amendment Act of
2026”,
Sec.2.ThePersonalDeliveryDeviceActof2018,effectiveJuly17,2018(D.C.Law22-137;D.C,OfficialCode§50-110.01erseg.),isamendedasfollows:
(a)Section2(8)(B)(D.C.OfficialCode§50-110.01(8)(B))isrepealed.(b)Section4(b)(D.C.OfficialCode§50-110,03(b))isamendedasfollows:(1)Paragraph(4)isamendedbystrikingthephrase“;and”andinsertingasemicoloninitsplace.(2)Paragraph(5)isamendedbystrikingtheperiodandinsertingthephrase“;and”
