Pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 1- 204.51(b)(2)(A), enclosed for consideration and approval by
the Council of the District of Columbia is proposed Modification No. M0001 to C ontract No.
DCCB-2020-F-0026 with Edelson, PC. This modification is to exercise option period one in the
not-to-exceed amount of 55,000,000. The option period one period of performance is from July 31,
2025, through July 30, 2027.

Under the proposed modification to exercise option period one, Edelson, PC shall continue to
provide legal services to assist The Office of the Attorney General with its consumer protection
litigation against Facebook, Inc. (the Facebook Matter).
