In accordance with Contract No. DCKA-2024-C-0114 § F.2 – Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, the District
hereby exercises Option Year 1 as follows:
1. The period of performance of the contract is extended from December 20, 2025, through December 19, 2026.
2. The Option Year 1 Not-to-Exceed ceiling remains $1,937,685.00 as specified in Section B.8.2 of the
Contract. The District will order a minimum amount of $5,820.00 in Option Year 1.
3. Attachment J.2 is hereby updated as follows:
