9. Modification Details
A. The Government of the District of Columbia hereby exercises its option to extend the term of Human Care
Agreement (HCA) No. CW104674, pursuant to Section F.3, Option to Extend Term of the Agreement, for
option year three (OY3) from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
B. The not-to-exceed HCA amount of OY3 is $1,626,117.61.
C. Effective January 1, 2026, until June 30, 2026, the Living Wage rate is $17.95 per hour. Effective July 1, 2026,
the District’s Minimum Wage and Living Wage rates will increase to $18.40 per hour., which can be found on
the OCP intranet under https://ocp.dc.gov/node/1761356
D. Replace the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision No.26, dated
05/10/2023, hereby incorporated into this contract, with the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination
No. 2015-4281, Revision No.35, dated 12/03/2025.
