SUBJECT: Certification of Funding for Police and Fire Clinic – Option Year 2 - CW116503
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) certifies available funding in the Metropolitan
Police Department’s
(MPD) operating budget to exercise Option Year 2 of the Police and
Fire Clinic contract (Contract No. CW116503) in the amount of $22,339,914.84 from August
22, 2025, through August 21, 2026. In FY 2026 approved operating budget, funds have
been encumbered in PASS in the amount of $9,325,918.00 under PO733953 for Fire
EMS, and PO733953 for MPD. The remaining funding is contingent upon the approval of
the Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
