The Office of the Chief Financial Officer hereby certifies that the sum of $6,695,517.24 is included in the District’s
Local Budget and Financial Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 to fund the costs associated with the Department of Health
Care Finance’s Pharmacy Benefit Manager contract. This certification supports PBM contract from 07/20/2026 to
07/19/2027. This request replaces the previously approved funding certification on December 11, 2025. The fund
allocation is as follows:
