To reappoint Mr. Jinwoo Park as the Executive Director of the Criminal Code Reform 16

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 19
resolution may be cited as the “Executive Director of the Criminal Code Reform Commission 20
Jinwoo Park Appointment Resolution of 2025”. 21
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia approves the appointment of: 22

Washington, DC 20015 25

as Executive Director of the Criminal Code Reform Commission, established by section 3122(a) 28
of the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget Support Act of 2016, effective October 8, 2016 (D.C. Law 21 -29
160; D.C. Official Code § 3–151(a)), for a 3-year term to end March 26, 2028. 30
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 31
appointee. 32
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 33
