RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 16
resolution may be cited as the “Child Support Guideline Commission Tianna Gibbs 17
Reappointment Resolution of 2025”. 18

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia reappoints: 20

as a member of the Child Support Guideline Commission, established by section 3 of the Child 26
Support Guideline Amendment Act of 1990, effective July 25, 1990 (D.C. Law 8-150; D.C. 27
Official Code § 16-916.02), to serve a 4-year term to end December 17, 2028. 28
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, 29
upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Commission, and to the Office of the 30
Mayor. 31
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 32
