RESOLVED, BY COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution 22
may be cited as the “No. 26-0021 District of Columbia Public Schools Local Funds 23
Reprogramming Request Disapproval Resolution”. 24
Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47-363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the 25
Mayor transmitted to the Council reprogramming request No. 26-0021 in the amount of 26
$1,018,211.64 in FY 2025 Local funds within the District of Columbia Public Schools from 27
Schools to Schoolwide to cover costs associated with additional “administrative add-ons”. 28
(b) The Council disapproves the $1,018,211.64 reprogramming request. 29
Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of 30
this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 31
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 32
