Committee Print PR26-0192 1 Committee on Health 2 June 16, 2025 3 4 A PROPOSED RESOLUTION 5 6 ________ 7 8 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 9 10 ________________ 11 12 13 To confirm the appointment of Charles Bond to the Board of Rehabilitative Therapies. 14 15 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 16 resolution may be cited as the “Board of Rehabilitative Therapies Charles Bond Confirmation 17 Resolution of 2025”. 18 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: 19 20 Charles Bond 21 Irving Street, NW 22 Washington, DC 20010 23 (Ward 1) 24 25 as a recreational therapist licensed in the District member of the Board of Rehabilitative 26 Therapies, established by section 223 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision 27 Act of 1985, effective July 19, 2024 (D.C. Law 25-191; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.23), for a 28 term of 2 years. 29 Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 30 nominee and to the Mayor. 31 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 32
