To confirm the appointment of Dr. Bernardine Evans to the Board of Rehabilitative Therapies. 15

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 17
resolution may be cited as the “Board of Rehabilitative Therapies Dr. Bernardine Evans 18
Confirmation Resolution of 2025”. 19
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: 20

Dr. Bernardine Evans 22
Poplar Lane, NW 23
Washington, DC 20012 24
(Ward 4) 25

as a physical therapist licensed in the District member of the Board of Rehabilitative Therapies, 27
established by section 223 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, 28
effective July 19, 2024 (D.C. Law 25-191; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.23), for a term of one 29
year. 30
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 31
nominee and to the Mayor. 32
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 33
