Committee Print PR26-0197 1 Committee on Health 2 June 16, 2025 3 4 5 A PROPOSED RESOLUTION 6 7 ________ 8 9 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 10 11 ________________ 12 13 14 To confirm the appointment of Omololu Majekodunmi to the Board of Rehabilitative Therapies. 15 16 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 17 resolution may be cited as the “Board of Rehabilitative Therapies Omololu Majekodunmi 18 Confirmation Resolution of 2025”. 19 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: 20 21 Omololu Majekodunmi 22 West Virginia Ave, NE 23 Washington, DC 20002 24 (Ward 5) 25 26 as an occupational therapist licensed in the District member of the Board of Rehabilitative 27 Therapies, established by section 223 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision 28 Act of 1985, effective July 19, 2024 (D.C. Law 25-191; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.23), for a 29 term of 3 years. 30 Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 31 nominee and to the Mayor. 32 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 33
