A RESOLUTION

26-220

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

October 21, 2025

To confirm the reappointment of Frederick P. Moosally as the Director of the Alcoholic
Beverage and Cannabis Administration.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Director of the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration
Frederick P. Moosally Confirmation Resolution of 2025”.

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Frederick P. Moosally
48th Street, NW
Washington, DC 20016
(Ward 3)

as the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Administration, in accordance with D.C.
Official Code § 25-207(a), for a term to end July 14, 2029.

Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee, the Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Board, and the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
