Sec.2.(a)Pursuanttosection47-363oftheDistrictofColumbiaOfficialCode,the
MayortransmittedtotheCouncilreprogrammingrequestNo.26-0070intheamountof
$90,222,148.73inFY 2025LocalFundsfromvariousagenciestotheMetropolitanPolice
Department,OfficeoftheDeputyMayorforPublicandSafetyJustice,HomelandSecurityand
EmergencyManagement,DepartmentofPublicWorks,DepartmentofGeneralServices,District
DepartmentofTransportation,DepartmentofEnergyandEnvironment,Departmenton
DisabilityServices,Department of BehavioralHealth,Settlementsand Judgement Fund, and the
WashingtonMetropolitanAreaTransitAuthority.
(b)Thereprogrammingrequestdoesnotadequatelyexplainwhycertainagenciesor
programsincurred“higherthananticipatedcosts.”Inaddition,thisreprogrammingdoesnot
