A PROPOSED RESOLUTION
IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
To confirm the appointment of Dr. Tremikae Owens to the Board of Acupuncture, Chiropractic,
and Naturopathic Physicians.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that this
resolution may be cited as the "Board of Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Naturopathic Physicians
Dr. Tremikae Owens Confirmation Resolution of2025".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

as an acupuncturist licensed in the District member of the Board of Acupuncture, Chiropractic,
and Naturopathic Physicians, established by section 224 of the District of Columbia Health
Occupati.ons Revisions Act of 1985, effective July 19, 2024 (D.C. Law 25-191; D.C. Official
Code§ 3-1202.24), filling a new seat, for a term to end July 19, 2028.
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shal I transmit a copy of this resolution,
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
