A RESOLUTION

26-328

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

February 3, 2026

To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Edward Hubbard to the Green Finance Authority Board.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Green Finance Authority Board Edward Hubbard Confirmation
Resolution of 2026”.

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Mr. Edward Hubbard
Orchid Street, NW
Washington, DC 20012
(Ward 4)

as a voting member with financial, project management, or legal expertise in clean energy, clean
infrastructure, clean transportation, stormwater management, or green infrastructure of the Green
Finance Authority Board, established by section 201 of the Green Finance Authority
Establishment Act of 2018, effective August 22, 2018 (D.C. Law 22-155; D.C. Official Code §
8-173.21), for a term to end July 9, 2028.

Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
