A RESOLUTION

26-286

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

December 16, 2025

To confirm the appointment of Tracy Hamilton to the Board of Social Work.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Board of Social Work Tracy Hamilton Confirmation Resolution
of 2025”.

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

Tracy Hamilton
Kimi Gray Court, SE
Washington, DC 20019
(Ward 7)

as a licensed independent clinical social worker member of the Board of Social Work,
established by section 212 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985,
effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.12), for a term to end
March 3, 2027.

Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
