To disapprove reprogramming request No. 26-0097 of $7,000,000 of FY 2026 Capital Funds 1
Budget Authority and Allotment within the Department of Parks and Recreation from the 2
Anacostia pool replacement and Congress Heights modernization to complete the 3
construction of the Southeast Tennis Learning Center project. 4

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 6
resolution may be cited as the “Department of Parks and Recreation Funding Reprogramming 7
Request No. 26-0097 Disapproval Resolution of 2025”. 8
Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to section 47-363 of the District of Columbia Official Code, the 9
Mayor transmitted to the Council reprogramming request No. 26-0097 in the amount of 10
$7,000,000 of FY 2026 Capital Funds Budget Authority and Allotment within the Department of 11
Parks and Recreation (DPR) from the Anacostia pool replacement and Congress Heights 12
Recreation Center modernization to complete the construction of the Southeast Tennis Learning 13
Center. 14
(b) The Council disapproves the $7,000,000 reprogramming request. 15

Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of 16
this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 17
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 18
