142; D.C. Official Code§ 1-523.01), and pursuant to section 6 of the Office of Out of School Time
Grants and Youth Outcomes Establishment Act of 2016, effective April 7, 2017 (D.C. Law 21-261;
D.C. Official Code§ 2-1555.05), I am pleased to nominate the following individual:

nominee, together with a proposed resolution to assist the Council during the confirmation process.

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
To confirm the appointment of Daniela Grigioni to the Commission on Out of School Time
Grants and Youth Outcomes.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the "Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes
Daniela Grigioni Confirmation Resolution of 2025".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

as a representative of an organization providing youth development programs in the District
member of the Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes , established by
section 6 of the Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes Establishment Act of
2016, effective April 7, 2017 (D.C. Law 21-261; D.C. Official Code§ 2-1555.05), filling a
vacant seat formerly held by Tachama Crump , for the remainder of an unexpired term to end
November 7, 2026.
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

r. Daniela Grigioni currently serves as the Executive Director for After-
School All-Stars DC. A physician by training, she worked in education
for over 25 years, starting as project manager for a comprehensive grant
that helped Latino parents support thei r children’s education, later
transitioning to an adult education charter school as the project manager,
and finally, joining DCPS central administration as the Manager of
External Relationships in the Out of School Time Office. In this role, she
worked with afterschool and summer school enrichment providers to
match need and availability between DCPS schools and hundreds of
providers.
Dr. Grigioni is a very passionate about serving our youth in an equitable
and just way that advance youth outcomes for all. She has become familiar with the needs of
families and communities in DC and, in response, has actively participated in promoting service
providers as partners of the school system. Her current work with After-School All-Stars fills a
specific niche of need, and it is informed by her past work in schools.
A Ward 3 resident, Dr. Grigioni earned her Doctor of Medicine from Catholic University of the
Sacred Heart in Rome, Italy.
