To confirm the reappointment of Anthony Washington to the Green Finance Authority Board of 12
Directors. 13

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 15
resolution may be cited as the “Green Finance Authority Board Anthony Washington 16
Confirmation Resolution of 2026”. 17
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 18

Washington, DC 20001 22
(Ward 4) 23

as a member with experience in affordable housing or community development member of the 25
Green Finance Authority Board, established by section 203 of the Green Finance Authority 26
Establishment Act of 2018, effective August 22, 2018 (D.C. Law 22-155; D.C. Official Code § 27
8-173.21), for a term to end July 9, 2029. 28
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 29
nominee and to the Mayor. 30
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 31
