RESOLVED, BY COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution 19
may be cited as the “Corrections Information Council Governing Board Prechelle Shannon 20
Confirmation Resolution of 2026”. 21
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 22

as a member of the Corrections Information Council Governing Board, established by section 29
11201a of the National Capital Revitalization and Self -Government Improvement Act of 1997, 30

June 7, 2027. 32
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 33
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor. 34
