A RESOLUTION

26-387

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

May 5, 2026

To confirm the reappointment of Leroy Clay III to the District of Columbia Housing Authority
Board of Commissioners.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners
Leroy Clay III Confirmation Resolution of 2026”.

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Leroy Clay III
Highwood Drive, SE
Washington, DC 20020
(Ward 8)

in his capacity as an employee of the Chief Financial Officer as a non-voting commissioner who
has professional experience in accounting and enterprise financial management of the District of
Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, pursuant to sections 4a and 11a(b) of the
District of Columbia Housing Authority Act of 1999, effective December 31, 2025 (D.C. Law
26-80; D.C. Official Code §§ 6-203.01 & -210.01(b)), for a 2-year term.

Sec 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
