To confirm the reappointment of Theresa Silla to the District of Columbia Housing Authority 16

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 19
resolution may be cited as the "District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners 20
Theresa Silla Confirmation Resolution of 2026". 21
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 22

New York Avenue, NW 24
Washington, DC 20001 25
(Ward 6) 26

as a commissioner who has professional experience in homeless services system planning and 28
coordination member of the District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, 29
established by section 4a of the District of Columbia Housing Authority Act of 1999, effective 30
December 31, 2025 (D.C. Law 26-80; D.C. Official Code §6-210.01), for a 3-year term. 31
Sec 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, 32
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Mayor. 33
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 34
