Committee Print PR26-0548 1 Committee on Health 2 April 7, 2026 3 4 5 A PROPOSED RESOLUTION 6 7 ________ 8 9 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 10 11 ________________ 12 13 14 To confirm the reappointment of Kasey Martin to the Board of Funeral Directors. 15 16 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 17 resolution may be cited as the “Board of Funeral Directors Kasey Martin Confirmation 18 Resolution of 2026”. 19 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 20 21 Kasey Martin 22 2nd Street, NE 23 Washington, DC 20002 24 (Ward 5) 25 26 as a funeral director licensed in the District member of the Board of Funeral Directors, 27 established by D.C. Official Code § 47-2853.06(f), for a term to end March 1, 2029. 28 Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 29 nominee and to the Mayor. 30 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 31
