Committee Print PR26-0552 1 Committee on Health 2 April 7, 2026 3 4 5 A PROPOSED RESOLUTION 6 7 ________ 8 9 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 10 11 ________________ 12 13 14 To confirm the reappointment of Tiffany Simmons to the Board of Nursing. 15 16 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 17 resolution may be cited as the “Board of Nursing Tiffany Simmons Confirmation Resolution of 18 2026”. 19 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 20 21 Tiffany Simmons 22 Barnaby Street, SE 23 Washington, DC 20032 24 (Ward 8) 25 26 as a registered nurse licensed and practicing in the District member of the Board of Nursing, 27 established by section 204 of the District Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, 28 effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3-1202.04), for a term to end 29 July 21, 2029. 30 Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 31 nominee and to the Mayor. 32 Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 33
