To reappoint Ms. Carolyn Woods to the Citizen Review Panel. 13

RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 15
resolution may be cited as the “Citizen Review Panel Carolyn Woods Reappointment Resolution 16
of 2026”. 17
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia appoints: 18

as a member of the Citizen Review Panel, established by section 352 of the Prevention of Child 24
Abuse and Neglect Act of 1977, effective April 12, 2005 (D.C. Law 15-341; D.C. Official Code 25
§ 4-1303.52), for a term to end April 11, 2029. 26
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, 27
upon its adoption, to the appointee, the chairperson of the Citizen Review Panel, and to the 28
Office of the Mayor. 29
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 30
