RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 18
resolution may be cited as the “District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors 19
Vince Micone Confirmation Emergency Approval Resolution of 2026”. 20
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of: 21

as an alternate District member of the Board of Directors of the District of Columbia Water and 28
Sewer Authority, in accordance with section 204 of the Water and Sewer Authority Establishment 29
and Department of Public Works Reorganization Act of 1996, effective April 18, 1996 (D.C. Law 30
11-111; D.C. Official Code § 34-2202.04), for a term to end September 12, 2028. 31
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the 32
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor. 33
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 34
