142; D.C. Official Code § 1-523.01), and pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 47-2853.06(h) and Mayor’s
Order 2009-11, dated February 2, 2009, I am pleased to nominate the following individual:

for appointment as a real estate broker licensed in the District member of the Real Estate Commission,
filling a vacant seat formerly held by Frank Pietranton, for the remainder of an unexpired term to end

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
To confirm the appointment of Anthony Graham to the Real Estate Commission .
RESOLVED , BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA , that this
resolution may be cited as the "Real Estate Commission Anthony Graham Confirmation
Resolution of 2026".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of
Anthony Graham

Washington, DC 20002
(Ward 5)
as a real estate broker licensed in the District member of the Real Estate Commission,
established by D.C. Official Code§ 47-2853.06(h) as the Board of Real Estate and redesignated
as the Real Estate Commission by Mayor's Order 2009-11, dated February 2, 2009, filling a
vacant seat formerly held by Frank Pietranton, for the remainder of an unexpired term to end
December 13, 2026, and for a subsequent term to end December 13, 2029.
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

Mr. Graham completed the Open Access Fellowship as the Tony
Goldman Fellow with the National Trust Community Investment
Corporation (NTCIC), where he gained expertise in compliance,
New Markets Tax Credits, and financial oversight. Essential
