142; D.C. Official Code § 1- 523.01), and pursuant to section 203 of the Green Finance Au thority
Establishment Act of 2018, effective August 22, 2018 (D.C. Law 22- 155.; D.C. Official Code § 8-
173.23), I am pleased to nominate the following individual:

17 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
18 resolution may be cited as the "Green Finance Authority Board Jennifer Wade Confirmation
19 Resolution of 2026".
20 Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:

30 Establishment Act of 2018, effective August 22, 2018 (D.C. Law 22-155; D.C . Official Code§
31 8-173 .21 ), filling a vacant seat formerly held by Brandi Colander, for the remainder of an
32 unexpired term to end July 9, 2028.
33 Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
34 upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Mayor.

A Ward 8 resident, Ms. Wade earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Virginia and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Towson University’s College of
