Dear Chairman Mendelson:
Pursuant to D. C. Official Code §2-352.02a, enclosed for consideration and approval by the Council of the
District of Columbia is proposed Modification No. Twenty Five to Contract No. CFOPD-17-C-009 with
Paymentech LLC to exercise Option Period Four in the not to exceed amount of $10,000,000.00. The period
of performance is from May 19, 2026, to May 18, 2028. I have enclosed the Contract No. CFOPD-17-C-
009, Extension Approval and Payment Authorization Approval Resolution of 2026.
Under the proposed modification, Paymentech LLC shall continueto provide Merchant Processing
Services on behalf of the District of Columbia’s Office of Finance and Treasury (OFT).

A RESOLUTION
IN THE COUNCIL OF T HE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
9 To approve the multi year extension of Contract No . CFOPD- l 7-C-009 with Paymentech LLC to
10 continue to provide merchant processing services on behalf of the District of Columbia's Office of
11 Finance and Treasury.
12 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF T H E DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA , That this
13 resolution may be cited as the "Contract No. CFOPD- l 7-C-009, E xtension Approval and Payment
] 4 Authorization Approval Resolution of 2026."
15 Sec. 2. (a) Pursuant to Section 45 1 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
16 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C . Official Code§ 1-204.51) and section 202 of the District
17 of Columbia Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-
18 0371; D.C. Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council approves the extension of Contract No.
19 CFOPD- l 7-C-009 for merchant services processing on behalfof the District of Columbia's Office of
20 Finance and Treasury.
21 (b) The period of performance for the proposed multiyear option is May 19, 2026
22 through May 18, 2028 . The proposed multi-year option cost is not to exceed $10,000,000.00.
23 Sec. 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
