A RESOLUTION

26-403

IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

June 2, 2026

To confirm the reappointment of Ms. Prechelle Shannon to the Corrections Information Council
Governing Board.

RESOLVED, BY COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution
may be cited as the “Corrections Information Council Governing Board Prechelle Shannon
Confirmation Resolution of 2026”.

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Ms. Prechelle Shannon
4th Street, SW
Washington, DC 20024
(Ward 6)

as a member of the Corrections Information Council Governing Board, established by section
11201a of the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997,
effective October 2, 2010 (D.C. Law 18-233; D.C. Official Code § 24-101.01), for a term to end
June 7, 2027.

Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
