onash is the founder and president of Monash Advisory
Group, LLC and a former chair of the District of Columbia Board of
Library Trustees.
Monash Advisory Group, LLC provides government affairs and public
relations consulting services. The firm specializes in political access,
public sector visibility, brand management, business development, and
strategic planning primarily to engineering and construction companies in
the areas of water/wastewater, transportation, and sustainability.
Ms. Monash has over 20 years of government affairs and non- profit
management experience, previously serving as an executive in the Office
of Government Relations for the Parsons Corporation, a leading consulting, engineering, and
construction company. Her career includes non-profit youth advocacy and program development
along with private sector political engagement. Prior to founding Monash Advisory Group, LLC,
she held executive roles at a prominent global engineering and construction company, a national
non-profit organization, and a government affairs firm.
Previously, Ms. Monash served as Treasurer of the District of Columbia’s Commission for
Women, as well as a dedicated volunteer to many other local organizations.
A Ward 3 resident, Ms. Monash earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Vernon College
in Washington, D.C.
