In accordance with section 2 of the Confirmation Act of 1978, effective March 3, 1979 (D.C. Law 2-
142; D.C. Official Code § 1- 523.01), and pursuant to section 208 of the District of Columbia Health
Occupations Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Official Code § 3–
1202.08), I am pleased to nominate the following individual:

A PROPOSED RESOLUTION
IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
To confirm the appointment of Dr. Allison Hill to the Board of Pharmacy.
RESOLVED , BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the "Board of Pharmacy Dr. Allison Hill Confirmation Resolution of
2026".
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

as a pharmacist licensed in the District member of the Board of Pharmacy, established by section
208 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25,
1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D .C . Official Code§ 3- 1202.08), for a term to end March 12, 2028.
Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution,
upon its adoption, to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

• Responsible for selecting ladies as state delegates, preparing them for national competition, oversee social media
platforms, and pursue volunteer opportunities for my state delegates. Seven age divisions starting at 5 years old
and progressing to Mrs.
Junior League of Washington (JLW)
Membership June 2009-present.
• June 2017-May 2019 served as NRH Committee Chair. Responsible for coordinating all JLW activities at
MedStar NRH including scheduling volunteers, planning holiday events for patients, and ensuring volunteers met
all JLW membership requirements. Represented NRH Committee on the Community Placement Council which
had representatives for all in the community committees. June 2010-May 2012 served on National Rehabilitation
Hospital (NRH) Committee. Volunteering at weekly bingo sessions to engage patients with social activity and
improve motor skills.
• June 2014-May 2015; June 2016-May 2017 served as NRH Committee Vice Chair. Responsible for all
communication to committee members and monitoring of members to meet membership requirements.

• Using my experience with organizations such as Just Say No and Students Against Destructive Decisions, I
created a speaking platform to educate about the dangers of medication misuse and the proper ways to use
medication. My target audience is from pre-K to high school. Had the opportunity to speak at multiple schools
and community programs in DC.

Dr. Allison Hill
Allison Hill, PharmD, RPh is a licensed pharmacist, a pharmacy manager
at CVS Health, and is a current member of the Board of Pharmacy.
Dr. Hill has been a DC resident for over twelve years. She is a
humanitarian, community pharmacist, and world traveler. Dr. Hill has
spent her professional years in pharmacy with CVS Health. Five of those
years, she served as pharmacy manager, and she also serves as a preceptor
for student pharmacists. Dr. Hill has also served as CVS Pharmacy
outreach volunteer at health fairs and senior centers. In the community
currently, Dr. Hill holds memberships with Junior League of Washington,
Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, Inc. DC Grad Chapter, and The
Links, Inc. Metropolitan DC Chapter.
A Ward 7 resident, Dr. Hill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from North Carolina State
University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Howard University.
