RESOLVED, BY COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution 22
may be cited as the “Proposed Contract No. GAGA-2026-C-0049 with Curriculum Associates, 23
LLC Disapproval Resolution of 2026”. 24
Sec. 2. Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved 8 25
December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51), and section 202 of the 9 26
Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2010 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C. 10 27
Official Code § 2-352.02), the Council disapproves contract No GAGA-2026-C-0049 with 28
Curriculum Associates, LLC in the amount of $1,500,219.40. 29
Sec. 3. The Secretary of the Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of 30
this resolution, upon its adoption, to the Mayor. 31
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately. 32
